Some times those hot summer evenings call for a cooler sense of taste. We are absolutely in love with this green tea infused cocktail!
- 6 oz. just boiled water
- 2 teaspoons loose green tea (we recommend our Chun Mee)
- 3 oz. ginger vodka
- 1 1/2 oz. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 oz. simple syrup
- Lemon wedges and mint leaves for garnish
Pour just boiled water over tea and let steep for 3 minutes. Remove tea and let brewed tea cool. Combine cooled tea with all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add a handful of ice cubes and shake for 30 seconds. Strain into 2 (12 oz.) glasses filled halfway with fresh ice. Garnish with lemon wedges and mint leaves.
NOTE: If you are unable to obtain Ginger Vodka, simple infuse traditional vodka with 1 teaspoon of our ginger tea.
